Our Who
IncludeME S.E.S Limited has been on the cards for over two decades, a synthesis of personal, specialist and educational experience.
Pippa Biggs, IncludeME S.E.S founder and Educational Therapist, is a mum of three and step-mum of 2; all have specific needs that require some additional consideration while learning. Not a lot, but definitely some. As a mum, Pippa struggled to remain positive about their education, feeling as if she was always asking too much. This became her driving force to effect change.
Our Why
When asked about her motivation, Pippa shared her experiences of a system that she believes is unfairly impacting families with children who have moderate needs.
The Public Education System has its limits, naturally. Currently, it is facing the reality of needing to support many, many more than it has the capacity to support. The result is that the quality of the services provided is being compromised. Read more…..
NZ law prescribes that all children have equal access and opportunity to learn in their way. It shouldn’t be what parents regard as good schooling, it is the bare minimum.
